Outside Visits: ICA Visit

The museum was a good experience, although I didn't know what to expect I enjoyed the work of the artist that were shown. I think the work of Renaud Jerez was a little boring to me. It was cool to see the materials he used for them, but they didn't really excite me or call my attention. I really liked the work of Ida Applebroog some of her drawings had little scripture/text that made them go along with each other and more understanding. Some of Susan Te Kahurangi King work was really interesting cause her work was drawn on papers that had text on them but didn't have anything to with the drawing so it almost made it look like a really good doodle.I also liked how she had Donald duck and bugs bunny in some of the works, I thought that was kind of unique. All in all the visit to ICA was a great one, it opened my eyes to things I haven't seen yet.
